[FC] Control arm bushings

1 ton GM vans and trucks had solid front control arm bushings for many years. I've had a couple and they ride fine.
I've got braces and spherical bearings in all the suspension on my Malibu and it rides better than the rubber except over washboard type bumps. It's pretty harsh then but it has much stiffer than stock springs so it may just be the springs.

I've not seen Delrin or nylon lower and upper front Control arm bushings,
and I would venture to say unless you had some HD use in mind, you'd be
better off with rubber.
Rubber has been used since coach building days as a fine alternative to
leather for sealing, dampening vibration, etc. the rubber parts in the
suspension do make for a better ride, no?
Then again, I have nylon inner Rear strut rod bushings in my 65 Monza, with
no real difference in ride quality.

Does anyone make Nylon or Delrin control arm bushings with or with the steel
shell on them? I'm just looking for the fronts for now. Either Corvair
vender or not.(maybe the full size Chevy guys?)
