[FC] Bench seat on a Rampside

And ...  Ahhh yes - on my part as well.  So, I DO have that latch after all.

I now very vaguely recall having to move that latch the first time I opened 
the seat back.  I just turned the wing nut down with the latch in the 
"unlocked" position and never though about it again.  Let's see, what year 
was the St. Louis Convention?  I bought the truck the year before that 
convention.  From Bob Bauer.
