[FC] load floor color

My 62 Rampside is white with a grey stripe. The cargo ramp and floor are 
grey, and the sides of the box are white.  I don't know if it was painted 
over or not, but it was garaged in 1985 and only had 56K original on the 
clock.

I would not be surprised if Bell painted everything green, in & out. As far 
as I could tell my Bell Rampside was the same all over. The body tag color 
was SPEC.
