If it is like most antennas, there is no access from below. Just a lock nut on the top that you tighten and the body is captured between the top of the antenna and some hinged catches on the bottom.

?How do you access the bottom of the antenna where it tightens to the body on the passenger side in fromt on the apron under the windshield?   Through the grill?  Through the headlight?
