Hello Ashley,

If the engine in your Greenbrier is an FC engine, get it rebuilt. Car
engines are used in FCs all the time because they are readily available and
real FC engines are becoming like hen's teeth.

If your engine is from a car, never mind. I suggest that you do not use a
102 or 140 HP engine without modifications because the high compression
engines tend to knock a lot, especially in an FC, it could die quickly.

Good luck,

Doc (used to live in MN)

Hello! My name is Ashley and I have a lovely 64 Greenbrier. Blue with a
white stripe, I have been gathering and installing Deluxe and Camper parts to
her for 7 years. My hometown knows her and remarks every time I upgrade
something new.

I have driven her in Minnesota summers for the last 7 years, but her heart
has given out. All 3 pistons on the right side are useless at 50lbs of
compression. I would love to find a good engine in the Minnesota-ish area. I
will try attaching pictures of my baby. Please give me a call if you have
anything for sale! 3202790115
