Check out corvair-efi.com.Although fuel injection is their primary interest,  Ted has in-tank combo electric fuel pumps/sending units that are adaptable to carburetors, at most needing a pressure regulator. The price is higher for an FC but available. As to noise, they are said to be less noisy but there is mention of a faint "whine". I have one on order for my EM turbo so I can't speak to that yet, but with old man hearing I may not even hear it lol.Jay Davis, Morgantown, WV

I first used an external high-pressure electric fuel pump. A few years later, I received great help in converting to an in-tank electric high- pressure pump. The pump is mounted through a hole located at the back of the tank. Fuel no longer comes from the supply pipe on the sending unit sending unit on top of the tank. Instead, it now serves as the fuel return point. I don?t have any information on low pressure in-tank pumps.Jim  > On Aug 3, 2022, at 3:05 PM, Kent Sullivan via Corvanatics <corvanatics at corvair.org> wrote:> > On the general topic of electric fuel pumps for FCs -- has anyone fabricated an in-tank electric pump assembly for FCs?> > Thanks.> > -----Original Message-----> From: Corvanatics <corvanatics-bounces at corvair.org> On Behalf Of rod murray via Corvanatics> Sent: Wednesday, August 3, 2022 2:58 PM> To: Rob Ernst <RobErnst at techie.com>> Cc: Bryan Blackwell <bryan at skiblack.com>; corvanatics at corvair.org> Subject: Re: [FC] FC elec fuel pump mounting> > Like that idea too.
