I don't know a whole lot about 'Vettes, but you're correct to be 
concerned about frame rust, it does happen.  BTW, I'm pretty sure 
that's not a C4, the '84 to '93 is.  The one you're looking at is a C3, 
but i think the 'Vette guys refer to them as something else.
