I think that the rod with the 4 rubber bushings that you want is the
front strut rod and I think I have one.  Not sure untill I look in what
shape the rubber bushings are.  Even though this strut rod is in the rear
it is called the front strut rod to differentiate it from the large strut
rod that goes from the differential case out near the bottom of the
torque arm where the shock attaches.  Although I don't think this would
make your rear tire spray out.  That is likely due to the rear, large
strut rod needed an adjustment at the outer end adjustment bolt.
