Daniel,
I'd think that such a unit with a parking space would be worth more
rent than one without. So I'd get at least one space with your unit.
Then you could see about renting one more spot for a toy car - perhaps
one of the lower priced spots is lower because it's a little out of the
way or it won't fit an Expedition, but that would be ok if you don't
have to get to it every day and both the Bimmer and Corvair are a
little smaller than an Expedition.
That leaves car number three. For that one, you'll need an offsite
space anyway, I seriously doubt they're going to let you do *any* work
on a car in the lot/garage. Then you just switch out the toy cars from
the local space to the "working" space. The trick, of course, is
finding this working space.
