[NoVa-Corvairs] Aluminum Pulleys and Wear

Curtis & All:  I think there may be another problem with Russell's engine.
Wouldn't a lighter, smoother pulley wear the belt to a lesser extent?  Maybe
he had the belt on too tight?  Greg
