[NoVa-Corvairs] Battery, Wheels, Gas Tank Sending Unit Tool

Hi-

I need a new battery for the '61.  Greg mentioned that I can buy one from 
Wall Mart (I think).
Greg told me the number of the one I need but I can't remember it (maybe 
51-R?).  I don't know if it matters, but remember this car has a generator (not an 
alternator).

Also, I need to get into my gas tank to see what the condition is.  Does 
anyone have one of those tools for removing the sending unit that I could borrow?

Lastly (for now) I'm thinking about getting 4 used replacement wheels (13", 4 
lug).  Just plain steel wheels.  4 of the wheels I have are mounted with the 
original tires (remember only 6012 original miles on the car).  I don't know 
if they have any value, but they do hold air and I'm told those wheels are 
pretty cheap and easy to find.  I'm also concerned that removing the old tires 
from the wheels will destroy them (the tires, not the wheels).  Any advice on 
that would be appreciated.
