[NoVa-Corvairs] EM Lighting Problems

Greetings everyone!  Just got back from a test drive  and discovered the 
below problems with my lights:  
 
The following occurs with my headlights on:  My right  taillight is very dim 
and the left is super bright.  Both brake  lights work, but because the left 
side is so bright, you can barely see the  brake light come on, on the left.
 
With my headlights off: The left taillight gets dim and the right is super  
bright.  When I use my turn signals, the left and right work fine, but  the 
right brake light does not come on. 
 
I have just replaced the main wiring harness and the engine  compartment 
harness was replaced last year and new bulbs all the way  around.  (The problem 
also existed with the old harnesses)  Does this  sound like a ground issue or 
could I have bad switches?  Any  assistance would be appreciated.  I don't want 
to drive it to Mechanicsburg  with lighting issues.
