Regarding the deal with the Best Western, do we have a breakdown of costs and income from our last Vair Fair?  Would they be in the Vair Fair "Book(s) and where are they?  As I recall, the club broke even on the last 2 Vair Fairs we did.  Roughly, we started with $2,000 and ended with $2,000.  Significantly, in both cases there was no charge for the banquet room.  With no other changes in costs and income we would have to subsidize the $$1,300 to $1,500.
We can afford it as we have done nothing with our $2,000 balance which has been about the same or years.
Lastly, thanks for work you have done getting us this information.
