[NoVa-Corvairs] Action Needed - Electronic Vote for Vair Fair Location by Monday 07 August

We'll need to play up the amenities - this would be the highest room
rate ever for a Vair Fair, and significantly above other comparable
events - in some cases double. I'm not saying it's a show stopper, but
the total package has to be enticing for it to work. Consider too that
if folks stay somewhere else, that affects what we pay for the meeting
room, so we really want to get folks to stay there. Could be a little
marketing will help. I posted a note out to the Chapters list and they
were positive on the room rates with amenities.

My real concern is with the meeting room and hospitality suite.
Perhaps we can negotiate that down.

Since several folks are available, how about if we get together and
figure out what we're willing to spend. I'm thinking tomorrow at my
house, say 10 to 11? If AJ isn't available I can pick up the Vair Fair
books so we have attendance figures to work with.
