[NoVa-Corvairs] Action Needed - Electronic Vote for Vair Fair Location by Monday 07 August

Guys:

I can't make Saturday because of a funeral (not mine) at 11 AM. I not
sure what hotel rates are today in the Greater D. C. area but I don't
think we can get much lower and still get the rest of the package. That
does not mean we should not look around but don't be disappointed if we
can't find what we want. We certainly won't be able to match someplace
like Hopewell (Richmond), VA. I know for our last Vair Fair we
subsidized by a few dollars the Saturday night banquet meal because the
cost of $25, plus mandatory tip (I think we were paying the food people's
salary instead of the hotel) seemed too high to get good attendance.
