That would be great.  I spoke with AJ, he has a conflict but will drop  
off the notebooks.  He also pointed out that we might not need the  
meeting room for inside vendors since we only had a couple anyway and  
one (Lon Wall) is no longer vending at shows.  I think the direction we  
should try for is to figure out how to afford the Leesburg hotel, and  
how to approach negotiating the contract.  We'll shoot to break even,  
but as Curt pointed out we have some treasury money to work with.

 From FFX Co pkwy:  Take Old Keene Mill Rd east.  Go about three miles  
straight through Huntsman blvd, the next traffic light is Hillside Rd.   
Turn left on Hillside, we are on the right directly across from  
Surveyors Place.

OR

 From the Beltway, take Braddock Rd west about two miles and turn left  
on Rolling Rd.  Proceed another two miles and at the 5th light turn  
right on Hillside Rd.  Go about 1 mile and we are on the left directly  
across from Surveyors Place.
