I'm sorry but I won't be able to make it today after all.

I probably wouldn't have had much to add to the Vair Fair planning, since I've never even attended one - what a sheltered life.
The only thing I do know something about is food. If you're thinking of catering I would  check out Red, Hot, and Blue.  They do catering or we could carry out big quantities.  They're food is awesome in my opinion (pork and beef BBQ, potato salad, cole slaw, baked beans, etc.).  Also, I think the price is probably pretty reasonable, but I don't know what's customary as far as that goes. That's my 2 cents.

I would like to volunteer to help with our Vair Fair in whatever way I can.
