Hi Mike,

That would be great, I'll remove the "Ask" :-)

One point I left out of the notes was the Hospitality Room, we'll need 
to have someone cover it most of the time.  I'm thinking some of the 
time can fall during various vote counting, or other in-between times, 
we'll have to set up a schedule.
