I can make the planning session on the 9th. 

Your list is rather comprehensive. If we do all of those things, it will be a great Vair Fair. 

The exact venue doesn't have to be Leesburg. We just don't want to have it in Manassas for a third time in a row, or maybe we do, Tradition! We can figure this out at the meeting. 

This also fills a void for our July meeting as we don't have a meeting scheduled so far. I was going to bring it up at the June meeting at Bryan's. 

I definitely would like to get the NVCC web site up and running so that I can post the HAM there as we planned. I was also going to address this at the June meeting, especially since the meeting is at the CORSA Web Administrator's place.
