[NoVa-Corvairs] preregistration update

Gents,

Either Tuesday or Wed. is fine with me....I be happy to sit down and go 
through all the potential issues.

Ron, can you give me the conditions on the room rates and 
pre-registration?   I did put in bold at the top of the registration form 
that pre-registration ends in mid-April, the form says "Event 
Pre-Registration (by 4/15/07)" on the top.  My thought was that there 
should be a cut-off date to allow us to close the books on 
pre-registration and prepare the packets...but then I thought we would 
have a lot more pre-registrants by now.

Is that the cut off date for the pricing as well?

Curt,

The registration deadline is in the contract and it was my fault that it 
wasn't given to Darrin.  Quite honestly, I would have assumed that most 
would have pre-registered to avoid the higher prices and would have made 
their hotel reservations o/a the same time.

We should probably have a meeting this week to discuss final numbers for 
the caterer and any other details.

I can offer my house this Tuesday or Wednesday. 

Thoughts?
