I would plan on 3 slices per person. That way if people eat less we won't run out. Some will only have one slice some more. It is better to have more that to run out. 

For the banquet, are we "stuck" with the number turned prior to Saturday? Again, better to have more that to have to utrn people away.

Have we heard back on any raffle items yet? Do we have a "Grand Prize" in the raffle? Something that would generate a lot of ticket sales.
