[NoVa-Corvairs] Vair Fair planning update 2/13/07

I've updated my notes and put them at

banquet cost, Hopewell had $15/$20, no noted discount.  When we did it 
in 2003, we di $25 for adults, $12.50 for 6 to 10, under 6 free.
