I've updated my notes and put them at 
http://www.corvair.org/chapters/chapter220/VF2007Notes.txt.  On the 
banquet cost, Hopewell had $15/$20, no noted discount.  When we did it 
in 2003, we di $25 for adults, $12.50 for 6 to 10, under 6 free.
