Please see the attachment below that I just received from the caterer.  The current draft menu comes out to $31.00 per person.  If we do what she suggests, we can bring the cost down to $27.00 per person. In order to do this we will need to buy our own sodas, water and dessert.  We would also need to go down to a 2 item selection on the meats.  In order to get this price we would have to choose the barbecued pulled pork and chicken ($10.95 per person vice $13.95). Please let me know how you all would like to proceed.
