I am OK with the two meat choice. Also, we could provide the beverages cheaper and could eliminate the dessert, which I didn't see on the contract.  The dessert nornally provided is some sort of sherbert, which I personnally don't care for anyway! I think that we could get it down to below or at $25. 

The alternative is to find a restaurant close by that could handle about 60 or so and have attendees order off a menu, or else go to a finger food buffet.
