We should be able to get soda for $6 - $7 per case.  For dessert, how 
about a sheet cake with the logo on it?

Also, bear in mind that we are planning on charging for drinks and beer 
- those costs are included in this proposal, but all that comes with 
the meal is the water.  The menu they sent through comes to $25.35 per 
person without drinks.  I agree that just two meats is fine, but it 
doesn't look like we need to do that.

BTW, I'd like something more specific than "domestic beer".  Yes, I'm 
picky :-)

PS, here's the math: 837 + 117 + 192 + 125 + 125 + 50 + 75 = 1521.  
1521 / 60 = 25.35
