[NoVa-Corvairs] Thoughts on an issue?

Ok, so I hadnt started the Corvair for a few weeks.  I was out of town 
on the weekends and just didnt get around to it.  I had to re-charge the 
battery since I didn't notice the glove box was open for 2 weeks and ran 
it down.

So I get it started, run it for about, oh a minute, and one of the carbs 
starts leaking gas around the bottom of the carb.  ALOT of gas, like a 
mini flood.  I checked the fuel lines and rubber hoses, and it looks 
ok.  It ran fine for an hour or two the last time I started it.  I 
wouldn't think it was the plastic spacer under the carb, but that would 
be the only thing left to check.

Any other thoughts on what it could be before I start tearing the thing 
apart again?
