This looks like a trend for the future. Many clubs are going to this type of format for their regional events. I agree that it is a good idea. I like the fact of a permanent location. We can build up some good faith with the facilities/food people and maybe get a better deal over time. We should discuss at the next meeting. 

This method would mean club involvement with the Vair Fair every year instead of once every three years. 

Also, maybe each club could "specialize" in a specific event. That would improve the events over time.

For Daniel: Tulsa has been selected for the 65th Vair Fair (2045). Hope you can make it!
