[NoVa-Corvairs] Fwd: Vair Fair

Hi Mike,

I probably should have included some history. At most, there have
been five Corvair clubs in Virginia, but I think only four at a time
rotated through the Vair Fair - we essentially replaced Shenandoah in
the rotation. I think our first Vair Fair was in '92, Al Harris was
president then and the VF was in Fairfax, at the Holiday Inn on 123
at 50. The Williamsburg convention replaced the VF in '94, I think
our next was in '98 (I did the autocross and Ellie did the Rally for
that one) in Manassas. Next one for us I think was '02 (again in
Manassas), and then last year in Leesburg. Not sure who picked up
the slack in between those, or if I'm forgetting one, or one was
skipped for some reason or another.

Since then, Roanoke has dropped out of being a host club. So, that
leaves three clubs - Central, Tidewater, and us.

On the carpet I think that's a great idea - the rubber mats kill
floors. Clark's are really nice, don't forget they also usually have
show and cash discounts.
