[NoVa-Corvairs] accelerator pedal adjustment

Just for reference, my gas pedal sits up from the floor a tad over 3
inches. If your pedal is really close to the floor and the swivel on the
transaxle is on the cast "stop" boss on the side of the trans then
something is broken on the mechanism between the pedal and the swivel.
