[NoVa-Corvairs] Early rear wheel cyl removal

I seem to recall 2 securing bolts for each cylinder (rear only).
I also seem to recall that the tolerance between the wheel cylinder and the
hole in the backing plate is pretty tight, so any corrosion tends to
prevent it's easy removal. PB blaster to the rescue
