[NoVa-Corvairs] Early rear wheel cyl removal

Thanks Howard, not in a rush.  As you can see I have a project on  
this car to keep me busy :-)  I did try tapping it to no avail, but  
I'll try the PB Blaster - tap - blast - tap series next.  I just need  
to be sure I didn't miss something.
