[NoVa-Corvairs] Vair Fair update

Hi folks,

A few updates on the Vair Fair.  First, Ron, Ellie, and I went to the  
Leesburg Airport and met with Director. Good news is he's supportive  
of having the planes fly in and can block off an area for them.  Bad  
news is we can't use any of the airport for an autocross.  There is  
some interest from the CorvAircraft folks to come to the event.

The NECC is working on getting an event at Summit Point to happen  
during the day that Friday.  There isn't really anything either club  
needs to do for the other, but the timing should benefit us both.

I sent a note to Tidewater and asked if we could borrow their valve  
cover race track again.  Jim Weber, their Prez, wrote back and said  
probably, he would ask the club at their next meeting.  We'll need to  
figure out how to get it here and back.

Next meeting we need to get a couple more folks to head up pieces of  
the event.  We have several things covered, but we need someone for  
the Hospitality Room, Model Car show, and Tech Sessions.
