[NoVa-Corvairs] Vair Fair update

Hi folks,

As in the newsletter, our meeting this month is the one where we'd  
like to finalize the Vair Fair schedule.  Everything after this should  
just be execution.  There are a couple of things I thought of that we  
need to nail down:

  - We need a point person for the hospitality suite.  This is an  
essential job, and we should have a person doing this who isn't in  
charge of some other event.  I'm sure we'll have enough help for the  
event itself, but there needs to be some advance work done (like  
buying food).
  - Joan Birks brought up having some sort of Saturday evening event,  
and it's a very good point.  I like the idea of some sort of casual  
party type thing at the end of a Rally - in fact, the local Rally club  
set up their events just this way.  Perhaps one of the restaurants  
right next to the hotel.  Other thoughts?
  - The Summit Point event is on Monday.  I believe that will draw  
some additional entries, and possibly vendors.  Do we want to consider  
renting the meeting rooms and selling indoor space?

Other thoughts?  I'll send out our previous event list and pricing for  
comment as well.
