[NoVa-Corvairs] 2013 Vair Fair

Hi folks,

Believe it or not, it's been 3 years since we did our last Vair Fair, so we're up for next year's event.  We need to have a discussion at our next meeting on the subject, but first I thought we could start via e-mail.

First question is who is available to support the event?  We need several folks to handle things prior (getting trophies, soliciting door prizes, etc.), as well as work during the event.  We have good data from several events now, so I think we can plan an event that we'll be happy with (we've gotten good feedback on our previous VFs).  What we need are hands to do the work.

Let's plan on having an initial discussion at the October meeting.  I have some notes and docs from previous Vair Fairs so we have a useful idea of what we have done in the past.
