receive today.  I will not be at the fair Friday evening but I will be in 
place Saturday by 06:45.

Members,

I will be at the Best Western in Leesburg tomorrow at 11:00 AM to begin
working with the hotel staff and getting things in line for our event. I
need to know by 9:00PM tonight which members will be present on Friday &
Saturday for our event and the time you plan to arrive.  It would be
helpful to have 2-3 more members on site in addition to myself at 1:00 on
Friday to assist with purchasing food and drinks and stocking the the
hospitality room, and getting pizza (@6PM) for our Friday night event.  For
those that have volunteered to support the event please respond with your
cell phone numbers.

We still need 1 or 2 volunteers to assist with Friday night registrations.
This will be a busy time so please step up and assist where you can.

I can't remember if someone has already volunteered to do this, but we also
need a volunteer to sell raffle tickets for our Chinese raffle.  We can do
this at the registration table, but if we can sell througout the event that
would be great.

Luke- On registrations, please send me the final registration worksheet to
work from.  Please reply to all. Thanks.

Justin- As the lead for the hospitality room please call me tonight after
8PM so we can discuss details off line. 703.309.0395.

AJ- As the lead for the valve cover race, I suspect the folks bringing it
up will arrive early and we will probably set it up outside again in the
same location as our 2010 fair.  Were you able to find a scale?

It's not too late to donate a hot food item for the hospitality room.  Just
let me know what you plan to bring and be sure to label you dishes or crock
pots. I'll be adding a "crock" of italian meatballs to the mix. Also, here
is list of supplies that are still needed.  It's ok if we have dups on some
of this, I can store extra's in my room:

Large electric coffee pot or percolator
Extension cords 10-30ft
Permanent markers
Easel w/flip chart paper
Raffle jars
Larger coolers
