[NoVa-Corvairs] Loose Bow Tie Spinner on Wire Hubcap

Hey, Mark!  Take the hub cap/wheel cover off.  There should be 4 screws on the back holding the spinner in place.  Maybe they are loose or 1 or 2 are missing?  Greg
