Hi folks,

Here are the details for Saturday's meeting.  I've included the primary areas that need someone in charge.

For each, need an organizer and staff hours:

- Registration
- Vendors (indoor and outdoor)
- Car show
- Awards/Dash plaques (use Daytona Trophy by March)
	Plaques for first, oil filters prizes after first.
- Door prizes
- T-shirts [Get 60]
- Hospitality room
- Valve cover races (need to borrow track)
- Other publicity (get several people)  FB?  Need the web site up
- Web site
- Model car competition
- Tour.  We set up a rally in 2007 and 2010, but it was not well attended.  Replace it with a simple driving tour of the area with perhaps some points of interest people can stop at.
