I thought it was very well done overall. A suggestion was made at the awards ceremony to perhaps pool together the planning with the other clubs in the state. It sounds like next year's event hosted by another club may be at significant risk (Tidewater?).

The t-shirts were great. I hope Stan was sufficiently reimbursed for cost. We were short on medium sizes probably due to lack of pre-orders, so perhaps looking to make a minimum batch for the most popular categories, but would not like to get stuck with a bunch of extras.

Hmm. Maybe don't move next time :-)

I have I brought up before - if we are doing the event, we need to do the initial planning meeting in August or September. This affected not just the decision making, but also the promotion of the event. Everything really needs to be ready to go - top to bottom - by March 1st.
