Charles:  Someone has modified the stock oil pick up with a brace located in non stock location on the pick up housing and attaching to the block in a non stock location.  If you have the Otto part you can see that the brace comes back from the pick up housing parallel to the pick up tube and will line up with the threaded hole at the split in the block halves.  I'm not sure what the bolt size is 5/16 x 20?, but you can try a few from your bucket of bolts and see.  So, if you remove the current pick up and put the the Otto unit in all should line up nicely.
