The hole is supposed to line up with the hole in the other block half.
Maybe someone picked the best two block halves, and "made" them work.
But forgot to make this hole line up.
Do you have a drill that can drill that hole through? Tight clearance in
there. You can always use a nut instead of the Helicoil.
