[PPCC] Fuel lines

Hello Bud: If you want just straight 1/4" steel tubing it can be bought from the parts stores. One of my biggest complaints about buying just plain tubing is that it comes in a roll and is difficult to straighten.
Most of the time folks decide to use at least one flared end by buying the brake tubing. Only one end gets cut and double flared if the brake line is used plus you get new flare nut fittings too.
Best wishes, Steve

Thanks for all the quick responses. I know I was born 40 years too soon but I can't believe metal lines don't exist somewhere. I did look at some metal brake lines but I don't want to use them.
Steve, the short pieces are the only ones that seemed right. No problem with them..I'll get the carbs on their way in a day or two.
Thanks to all. I'll keep you posted on my treasure hunt.
Bud
