Hello Everyone , 

  

Jeannie has made a couple updates to the Tri-State T-Shirt order form, now providing a polo shirt option, as well as the high quality 'Hanes Beefy-T" T-Shirt. 

  

You can order both with or without pockets. 

  
If anyone has a question, please feel free to send Jeannie an email @  JeannieKoll @ aol .com , or give her a call. 
  
If anyone has ordered, and wants to make a change, Jeannie would request that yo please contact her directly as we have plenty of time to make changes to your order 
  
Forwarding it to you now as a pdf file, easily opened with Adobe which should be on most computers.  If not, it's an easy, free download for all.
