If you mean the countershaft rollers there are 92. There are also 33 in one row and 37 in the second row inside the clutch gear. Look at wear on shift forks. Remember shift interlock pin. Polish shift rails.
Tools include snap ring pliers in several varieties including one pair that I modified to work easier plus pin punches and drifts and for your first time a dummy shaft for loading the rows of rollers. Plus you need a press and various plates to aid in removal of gear stack from mainshaft and pipe of various lengths and diameters to assemble the gear stack.
Cleaning is the most important and time consuming. Good luck.
