Last is early FC case halves clean to a point but sealer in places. BIG DEAL is all of the head studs have been removed. All threads look ok but time consuming to work with the repair.  FC/station wagon case halves with the oil fill/dipstick tube out the back are getting harder to find. With work the case halves can be clearanced for the late crankshaft too. 
If someone buys the new parts I will include the case halves. 
Total from Clark's for the above new parts is $998.00. That does NOT include shipping or the fitting of the rods. 
I am looking for $850.00 or close to that for everything.
