[Rmc-list] Assisted Living / Memory Care Center Visit

Many of you already know that Coda (our little dog) and I are doing Therapy visits at a couple of Assisted Living / Memory Care Center’s in Castle Rock.  I chatted with the Program Director at Pine Trails at Castle Rock, and she was thrilled at the prospect of a mini-car show of Corvairs.  I provided a number of dates over the summer, but she was so excited she wondered if we could come before summer.

We have set up a visit on Sunday,  April 29, at 1:30 PM, weather permitting.  If you might be interested in bringing out a car, please drop me a note (karmknecht at msn.com<mailto:karmknecht at msn.com>), and I’ll provide details as we get closer.

As you know, our cars are not only a lot of fun for us, but for some people they are memories of happy times that can totally change their day, week, month... so I’m excited about this opportunity.

We volunteer at another center here in Castle Rock, and I’m hoping to get something on the calendar with them soon.
