[RMC List] - Steve Goodman's Tech Article on Corvair Heater Maintenance

Hello Everyone,


During the meeting a couple nights ago, we had a short discussion on the fact that Winter Is Coming (no Game of Thrones pun intended there :)  ), and that some attention may need to paid to the heating system in your Corvair.


RMC member, and tech guru, Steve Goodman recently wrote an article, specific to that topic, in another newsletter, and I wanted to share it with the group here.

Given the depth of the attached info, you can no longer use that tired old excuse of "My Corvair heater doesn't work" as a reason for not driving your Vair to the New Years Day Brunch in Estes Park on January 1st  :)


For 2019, we'd like to see the parking lot filled up with Corvairs this year, just like it was back in the 80s when folks drove their cars every day, for work and fun.  Well, this event is for fun, so let's get the cars fixed, warmed up, and out for a nice winter drive.
