Here is an update for the June 8th Cruzin Havana event put on by the
Collector Car Council.

I have the following people signed up to work the 4-6 pm shift at the Havana
Exchange location (2790 S. Havana).  I need your shirt sizes please.

I will also need a head count for any that will be attending the VIP party
at the Mr. Panda Super Buffett (see below for details)

Your shirt order for your volunteers.  Number and sizes.
 
Number of folks from your club who will attend the VIP party on Friday June
7th at the Mr Panda Super Buffet. 2852 S Havana St, Aurora, CO 80014. 6PM.
We will have Shirts and Poker Run kits for all sites to distribute at this.
Also some great door prizes.
 
And your 1/4 page full color ad for the Cruzin Havana program for each club.
If you do not have an ad, get me a copy of your logo and the contact
information for your club.

4) The Cadi Boys will cruise.  Save space for the three of them  12:00 to
2:00 at Havana Machine,  2:00 to 4:00 at the Stampede and 4:00 to 6:00 at
the Havana Exchange.
 
5) We need shirt orders for your clubs no later than May 1st. Email to him
at Thompson660 at cs.com
 
6) VIP party to be at Mr Super Panda at 2852 S Havana St on Friday June 7th.
