The head damaged head with  # 3880708 is fairly common as the CORSA Tech Guide notes that it was used on flat piston 95 HP and 110 which used domed piston and thus gave a  higher compression.  It shows use in 67, 8 and 9. engines.
Indications are that there was an identical companion with # 3880707.
There is no quench or step in the chambers on these, but they are not turbo heads.
