and it reserves the Mountain View Shelter for our gathering.

Thank you for reserving a shelter at Bear Creek Lake Park! The park 
often reaches capacity on weekends, which can result in temporary 
closures of the park entrance—typically lasting at least two hours. 
However, *you and your guests will still be allowed entry during these 
closures.*

To help ensure smooth access, please *make sure your guests are aware of 
the event name and the name of the reserved shelter.* Without this 
information, they may be turned away at the entrance. Additionally, 
please prepare your guests for potentially long wait times entering the 
park.

We appreciate your help in making the day go smoothly for everyone, and
